At Vera Mera, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shipping experience for our customers in Canada. Please review the following details to understand our shipping policies and procedures.


Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we only ship within Canada.
  • There are no restrictions within Canada, and applicable taxes (GST 5% and PST 6%) are included in your order.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options:

  1. Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days after the product passes our quality control via DHL Express.

Please note: Orders undergo a 7-14 business days processing period before shipping.


Shipping Rates

  • Express Shipping is free for orders over CAD 409

Taxes and Additional Fees

  • Applicable taxes in Canada are included:
    • GST (5%)
    • PST (6%)

Sustainable Packaging

We care about the environment. Your order will arrive in:

  • Biodegradable bags
  • Cardboard boxes
  • Paper-based outer packaging

Order Handling

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 - 14 business days.
  2. Delivery Time: Once processed, your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days.

Address Errors and Corrections

If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, please contact us at hello@veramera.com as soon as possible.

  • Before Shipping: We can update the address without issue.
  • After Shipping: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost/Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with proof (e.g., photos) within 7 days of delivery. We will coordinate with DHL to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
  • Stolen Packages: Please report the theft to your local carrier and inform us. We will evaluate re-shipment or refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Re-Shipping and Refunds

  • If your package is undelivered or returned to us, we offer re-shipping or refunds, depending on your preference.
  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
